Since it was the end of the tour, Zac offered to treat the band and crew to a "little" trip to Disney World. I knew this before, but really hadn't experienced it firsthand, that when Zac does something, he does it right. The tour bus picked us up and our first stop was Zac and Shelly's for a Halloween party to wear the kids out before the trip down to Orlando.
Here is my little Dorothy and lion...
Railey had no idea what was even in store for her and was nothing but smiles
After our overnight drive to Orlando (Sara Mays might be the only newborn that doesn't love riding on buses) we pulled into the park. Not only were we staying on property at the Animal Kingdom but Zac had arranged for a tour guide to take us around each day. This meant Disney without waiting in lines....does life get any better?!?
Railey put on her Belle costume and we were off to the park. First stop, Bippity Boppity Boutique of course!
And then to meet her Fairy Godmother
What an amazing day...Peter Pan, It's a Small World, Racecars, Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo and I am sure many more that I am forgetting...
Sara Mays was an angel the entire trip. Spent most of her time quietly in the stroller when I wasn't feeding her...
We finally ran into the Brown's and Railey got some time in with her new BFF Justice...
And what better way to end the first day than to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse. We were exhausted!!!
Day two we decided to go to the Animal Kingdom. As if waking up to zebras, ostrich, giraffes and antelope right outside our bedroom window wasn't enough. We met up with the Brown's again so Railey got more time with their girls...
We decided to go to the Lion King show which I highly recommend. Railey was chosen to get up for the show and "perform"...not sure how this keeps happening to her but she loves every minute of it.
This is my favorite picture...black eye and all...it sums up Railey's entire Disney experience.
What an amazing trip...our first one as a family of four.
Until next time when Sara Mays will be able to join in the festivities too!

Railey's Stage Debut
Railey always told Daddy that she wanted to play on stage with Zac. This past week it finally happened.
Zac was asked to be the Super Music friend at the Yo Gabba Gabba show and he sang about about going potty. The original idea was for all of the children to come up and do the potty dance.
We went out to enjoy the show and about 15 minutes into the show, Paul came to get Railey. I sat patiently waiting to see Railey and the other children dancing on stage (also said a quick prayer that Railey wouldn't get stage fright and start crying)
Zac came out, then Railey, then NO OTHER KIDS. It turns out that they didn't want to come up on stage so Railey, Zac and Massif put on a show.
After the show, Railey got to meet the cast of Yo Gabba Gabba...what a fun day! Here she is showing DJ Lance Rock her guitar

Pumpkin Patch Blues
Part of our Halloween tradition is for the Levine's and Chanon's (minus the Daddy's so we can all ride in the same car) to load up the kids and travel to Burt's Pumpkin Patch. This year I was especially excited because it would be Sara Mays first time there and I was really excited to get some pictures taken of her, something that I really need to do more.
Both of our schedules have been really hectic so a weekend wouldn't work. We decided to go up on a random Wednesday afternoon after the kids got out of school.
Let's just say things didn't go as planned.
1) I forgot Maysie's diaper bag with formula, diapers, wipes....EVERYTHING.
2) Maysie decided that, for the first time ever, she was going to cry like a crazy baby whenever she was in the carseat
3) We forgot that it takes over an hour to get there and we left during rush hour traffic
4) I missed the exit
Deana and I were laughing about the chain of events and decided to go ahead and pull over to get all of the baby essentials ($55 later at Rite Aid) and by the time I got back in the car we realized that we were only going to have 20 minutes at the Pumpkin Patch before it closed.
We found another patch to go to in Alpharetta, it was actually more of a nursery, but it was the perfect day anyways. Kids had a blast, Deana and I got some really cute decorations, and we have even more memories to look back on in years to come.
