Brotherly Love

Railey always wanted a brother...she (and the rest of us) are getting used to having James and Joseph around here. They just might have to do because I don't know if this mama can handle three of her own...
I love this picture, minus the bangs of course....will they EVER grow out?!?

Sweet Downing

Downing came over to check out the new house and play with his number one girl Maysie. Although he seemed more interested in the toy cars than little Maysie girl...
Strike a pose D!
Here's to many more playdates with two of the cutest babies I know!

All Grown Up

Not quite sure how/when this happened, but I left Tutu in the room for five minutes with the girls and she managed to feed Maysie lunch at the big girl table. She was a happy girl to be treated like her big sister...

Suburbia

After two months of living "the simple life" at the lakehouse, we have finally made it to our new house in Marietta! I love it more every day and Paul and I know that this is going to be the perfect place to raise our little girls. Although it is still a work in progress, here are some pictures

Fourth of July 2011

To celebrate Fourth of July and our last weekend living at the lakehouse, Tutu and Poppy came up to visit and help me with the kids. Since Paul was on the road July 4th, we postponed our fireworks celebration until the night after. Paul loaded the dogs and Railey in the Jeep and we headed down to the "lake beach" as Railey calls it to set off some amazing fireworks! Thanks to Sweets for picking them up in Alabama!
The dogs were terrified and "hid" from the fireworks
After the fireworks show, we headed back to the lakehouse so Railey could play with the sparklers.
Ummmmmm, not sure how mama feels about these Alabama sparklers
This was about the point when I started telling Railey to hold it as far away from her body as she could
Time to go to bed, Tutu brought Railey one of my nightgowns that I wore when I was her age. Needless to say, Railey loved it.
Happy Fourth of July and goodbye lakehouse! We loved being there but are so excited to move into our new house and return to "normal."
