Merry Christmas to Me!

Paul said that I can open my Christmas present early so I can use it over the holidays...A NEW CAMERA! Not much of a surprise since I picked it out but now I can take pictures and video from my Canon. Tried to snap a few pictures today but Railey had other plans in mind.

I am in so much trouble when she is a teenager...

Christmas Party Time!

Railey's classroom has its own Elf on the Shelf....he decided to hide right above Railey's ornament...

If only she had more enthusiasm.

First Day of Snow

Just after we put Railey down for her nap today, it started snowing! Paul and I rushed into her bedroom and she wanted to go outside and play and requested that I make hot chocolate for her. Done and done...

She wanted to make snow angels...maybe later in the season:)

Elf on a Shelf

I forgot to mention that the elf on the shelf, aka Nemo and Cinderella depending on the day, has been getting really creative this year with his hiding places...

Oh Christmas Tree

On our way out to the Brown's Thanksgiving party, we stopped at a Christmas tree farm to pick out our Christmas tree. It took Railey no time at all to find the perfect tree for our house.

We ran into Santa so Railey got to sit on his lap again and then it was onto Pancho for a pony ride. I think horseback riding is in Railey's future...

Let the Holidays begin!

Christmas Card Pictures

We had a little scheduling problem with the photographer and that left me to attempt to take the Christmas card pictures for mom. Needless to say, I have a new respect for children photographers....after what seemed like a thousand pictures we finally decided on this one.

I do have to say that Railey was the best behaved...but this was because I bribed her. "Railey, if you smile and sit still, you can get in the swimming pool after we take the pictures." I think it is safe to say that the happiest child on the planet managed to get a little happier...

Sara Mays

Before our eyes, six months have passed. Now, it is time for the next milestone in Sara Mays' life...solid foods! We thought there would be no better day to introduce our baby to rice cereal than on Thanksgiving Day!

Aren't those cheeks perfection?!?
